SHIPPING

We ship using First Class Mail (3-Day) with USPS. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation with the tracking number will be emailed to you. Our shipping rates come directly from USPS. We do not add any handling fees.

SHIPPING PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, after 4PM PST, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-3 business days from when an order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery.

If your package is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact USPS with the tracking number we provided you to place a claim. We will not refund your order. We ship to the exact address you provide us.

Pre Order items will have a ship date linked with the product description. Pre Order items are normally made to order between the 10th through the 31st and then shipped by the 16th of the following month. We currently only ship within the states.

IN-STORE PICK UP (Saturdays between 12 - 4 pm.)

You will receive a verification e-mail that your item(s) will be available to pick up. Along with a Date and Time (normally the closest Saturday to when you placed the order).

ID or Proof of Order may be required to pick up your item(s).

No items are in stock at the store. Only the item(s) and size(s) you ordered will be available. Therefore, no returns/exchanges will be available at the store. If you do not want the item(s), a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed BEFORE 8:00 pm on Friday will be available to pick up that Saturday 12-4 pm.

Order placed AFTER 8:00 pm on Friday will not be available until a week from Saturday.

Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged. All sale items are final.

You must email customer service at:  honkeykongshop@hotmail.com  within 15-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. You will then receive instruction on where to ship your item(s), and receive a Return #. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Honkey Kong Shop. Honkey Kong Shop will not be held accountable for any lost packages.
